These terms describe Freebin's referral discovery website, live public read-only API and no-sign-in MCP gateway, together with optional account features.
What Freebin does
Freebin catalogues referral offers, signup rewards, genuinely free offers, offers requiring a purchase, and free trials as distinct categories. Public AI discovery includes active, verified, unexpired Offers and ReferralCodes marked for distribution; a code-only record may have no documented reward or eligibility details. Verification is a review status, not a warranty that a company will accept your application or pay a reward. Optional signed-in features include saving offers, user-reported reward tracking, submitting referrals or reports, and connecting your own Reward Inbox.
Company terms and reward conditions
Companies control their own eligibility, availability, qualifying purchases or deposits, geographic restrictions, identity checks, subscriptions, deadlines and payouts. Read the company's current official terms before acting. Unknown requirements are unknown, not zero or waived. A free trial may renew into a paid subscription. A referral URL or code may require specific steps to preserve attribution. Freebin cannot guarantee that a referral is attributed, an application is accepted, a link remains valid or a reward is received.
Public API and AI access
Public discovery needs no Freebin sign-in. Clients may call only the published read-only tools and must respect request limits and distribution restrictions. The gateway does not create invitations, execute a purchase, navigate on your behalf or update saved rewards. Preserve canonical Freebin offer links and any permitted referral parameters or fragments exactly. No private, pending, expired or distribution-restricted records may be accessed, inferred by probing, or republished. Permission to receive an API response is not permission to sublicense company content beyond the reviewed programme terms. Future private tools may require separate sign-in and consent.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls or rate limits, attempt to retrieve private records, send malicious inputs, impersonate a company or user, manipulate referral attribution, submit fraudulent links, or scrape third-party programmes without permission. Avoid sharing passwords, identity documents, payment-card information or confidential details in public inputs. We may limit or suspend abusive access and remove disputed or unauthorised listings.
Accounts and submissions
Keep account access secure and provide accurate information. Submit only referral content and evidence that you have permission to share. Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be rejected or removed. Admin verification, public distribution approval, and referral-link/code-sharing approval are separate decisions. Subject to third-party rights and the scope you authorised, you permit Freebin to review and display approved submitted content to operate the service; you retain any rights you own. Report inaccurate or unauthorised content through the available reporting or contact channels.
Reward Inbox and user reports
Email connection is optional and separate from public discovery. You authorise read access through your email provider and can disconnect or revoke it. Possible rewards and matching results may be incomplete or mistaken. Saving a result stores selected reward details, including its subject/title, in your account. User-reported progress is not partner-confirmed payout evidence. Freebin is not an email provider, bank, investment adviser, payment processor or reward guarantor.
Referral, affiliate and sponsored relationships
Some offers or referrals can benefit the submitting referrer, Freebin or a partner if a qualifying action occurs. Sponsored offers are marked as sponsored where displayed. Public API output includes sponsored and featured flags. Independent company terms govern these relationships; a ranking or featured placement is not a personalised recommendation.
Availability and liability
The catalogue, links, integrations and API may change or be interrupted. Information is provided for discovery and comparison, not financial, tax or legal advice. Check official terms and use independent advice where appropriate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Freebin does not warrant uninterrupted service or third-party offer performance. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud.
Privacy, changes and contact
The Privacy Policy explains the currently implemented data flows. Material updates will be shown with an updated date. Contact the operator through the contact page about disputes, incorrect offers, privacy requests or unauthorised content.
