Cookie Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

This policy explains how Freebin uses browser storage and cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. Public offer discovery works without any cookies or stored data.

What cookies and storage are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser-based stores held on your device. Freebin uses these browser stores rather than third-party advertising cookies. Most storage is essential for the site to work and is set only when you use the relevant feature.

Essential storage

Sign-in state, your session token and authentication are held in browser storage so you stay logged in as you move between pages. Your selected country, saved searches, dashboard preferences and in-progress forms use local storage so they persist between visits. These are necessary for the service and cannot be switched off without losing that functionality.

Analytics and measurement

Freebin records anonymised interaction events such as which buttons are clicked, page paths, offer and company identifiers, device category and a per-tab session identifier. These events are sent to Base44 analytics to understand which offers and features are useful. No cross-site advertising network cookies are used. You can block analytics with a browser extension or private browsing mode without breaking offer discovery.

Optional email connection

If you connect your Gmail or Outlook account for the Reward Inbox, the connection token is held in your authenticated session, not in a persistent cookie. Disconnecting or revoking access in your provider's settings removes the link.

Push notifications

If you enable push notifications, a push endpoint and delivery keys are stored server-side so we can deliver notifications to your device. Disabling notifications removes your subscription.

Third-party services

Base44 provides hosting, database, authentication and analytics and may set its own operational cookies. Google and Microsoft handle their own sign-in and email-connection cookies when you use those features. Your AI provider sets its own cookies when you connect Freebin through an AI client. Each third party has its own cookie policy.

Managing cookies

Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies and stored data in their settings. Blocking essential storage will sign you out and reset preferences. Public offer discovery, search and viewing company pages work without any cookies. We do not use cookies to build an advertising profile of you across other websites.

Changes

If we add or change a cookie or storage use that affects your privacy, we will update this policy and the date above.
